Boeing Hired To Upgrade KC-10 Tanker Cockpits

The U.S. Air Force has awarded Boeing a contract to upgrade its KC-10 aerial tankers, reports the St. Louis-based defense firm.
The $216 million contract covers the installation of a new communication, navigation, surveillance and air-traffic management (CNS/ATM) system on all 59 KC-10s.
