The remains of one of two U.S. sailors who went missing have been found in eastern Afghanistan, the Los Angeles Times reports.
The body was recovered Sunday in Logar province "after an extensive search," said a NATO military statement released Tuesday.
Family members said the victim was Justin McNeley, a 30-year-old noncommissioned Navy officer. NATO did not disclose his unit or assignment.
