A former Libyan prime minister under Muammar Qaddafi has been found floating dead in the Danube River in Vienna, reports the Austrian Times.
The body of Shukri Ghanem, 69, was found Sunday morning by a passerby. There was no immediate evidence of foul play, said police.
He lived in the Austrian capital close to where his body was found.
Prime minister from 2003 to 2006, Ghanem subsequently was Libya's oil minister until May 2011, when he fled to Tunisia during the uprising....
