A pair of large blasts has rocked central Damascus near the Justice Ministry building, reports CNN.
There were two explosions in a parking garage on Thursday outside the Palace of Justice in the capital's Marja neighborhood, according to Syrian state television.
State media characterized the bombing as a "terrorist attack," reported Haaretz (Israel).
