Two blasts tore through a political rally in Nairobi, Kenya on Monday, killing at least five people and wounding more than 80 others, Agence France-Presse reports.
The demonstration in Nairobi was held in opposition to an Aug. 4 referendum on a new constitution.
President Mwai Kibaki, Prime Minister Raila Odinga and the country's security chiefs will hold emergency talks, said officials.
