Blast Kills 3 At Military Training Center

An explosion at the military's Krtsanisi training center near the capital Tbilisi has killed three Georgian soldiers, reports Interfax-AVN (Russia).
Another 13 personnel were wounded in Tuesday's blast, noted the Georgian Defense Ministry.
The explosion was said to be the result of a "technical error" involving a 120-mm mortar bomb during a training exercise involving the 1st Artillery Brigade, Reuters reported.
The Krtsanisi facility is used for training Georgian soldiers...
