Four people died when a suicide bomber attacked a United Nations office in Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan, reports Agence France-Presse.
The bomber was able to infiltrate the strict security measures surrounding the offices of the World Food Program and detonated about 17 pounds (8 kg) of explosives, officials said.
