Chinese President Xi Jinping and U.S. President Joe Biden have spoken over the phone for the first time in four months, reports the New York Times.
On Tuesday, the leaders discussed their views on Taiwan during a two-hour call, with Biden emphasizing that U.S. policy has not changed and warning against any attempts to upset the status quo.
