Beijing Still Won't Join U.S.-Russian Arms Talks

The Chinese government has reiterated that it will not participate in nuclear arms talks with Russia and the U.S., reports the state-run China Global Television Network (CGTN).
Beijing views those talks as a bilateral matter, a foreign ministry spokesman said on Wednesday.
The spokesman said that Beijing urges the U.S. to abide by its "special responsibility" in nuclear disarmament because it has the largest arsenal of advanced nuclear weapons.
