The governments of China and Pakistan have pledged to coordinate on peace in Afghanistan and more trilateral engagement, reports the Express Tribune (Pakistan).
The matter was discussed on Monday in Islamabad by Affairs Ambassador Deng Xijun, China's special envoy on Afghan affairs, and Pakistani Foreign Secretary Tehmina Janjua.
They also discussed regional and international efforts to achieve peace in Afghanistan.
