China has delayed a vote in the U.N. Security Council to sanction a Pakistani terror leader, reports BBC News.
On Wednesday, the Chinese representative asked to postpone the vote to list Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) leader Masood Azhar as a global terrorist. The designation would apply an assets freeze, travel ban and arms embargo to the militant leader.
