The U.S. and the Philippines plan to resume full-scale joint exercises next year, reports Bloomberg News.
The annual Balikatan drills will return to full size in 2022 after the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic forced their cancellation in 2020 and a scaled-down exercise this year, reported the Rappler (Philippines).
