ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi has handed day-to-day operations of the terrorist organization to one of his deputies, reports the Times of London.
Abdullah Qardash, a former officer in the Iraqi army, has been promoted to handle several key files, reported the ISIS news agency, Amaq.
