BAE Systems Wins Long-Term Contract For Paladin Howitzer Support

The U.S. Army has awarded BAE Systems Land & Armaments, York, Pa., a contract for support services for its M109 self-propelled howitzers, reports the Dept. of Defense.
The $474 million deal covers technical, engineering, depot maintenance and logistics support; software management; maintenance; and program management, said a Pentagon release on Tuesday.
Work is scheduled to be completed by Jan. 21, 2025.
