BAE Systems To Extend Service Life Of CV 9030 IFVs

The Swiss government has awarded BAE Systems Hagglunds a contract for life-extension work on its fleet of CV 9030 infantry fighting vehicles, reports the defense firm.
The work is designed to keep the Swiss army’s 186 CV 9030s in service until 2030, the company said in a Wednesday release.
The contract value and timeline were not made public.
