A day after calling Tuesday's blast an accident, Turkish officials announced that the explosion at a police headquarters in the country's southeast was a "terror attack," reports Deutsche Welle.
The blast occurred in a police compound in the predominately Kurdish city of Diyarbakir, killing one officer and two civilians.
