Australian Defense Minister Pays Visit Amid Strained Ties

Australian Defense Minister Christopher Pyne visited Beijing this week to meet with his Chinese counterpart, Wei Fenghe, reports the South China Morning Post

A developed, healthy, stable and sustainable relationship would benefit both countries and the region as a whole, according to a statement released by the Chinese Defense Ministry.
