Association Agreement Inked With E.U., Opening Way For Eventual Membership

Kosovo has formalized a long-awaited stabilization and association agreement with the European Union, reports the Tanjug news agency (Belgrade, Serbia).

Prime Minister Isa Mustafa signed the accord on Tuesday in Strasbourg, France, at the European Parliament.

Federica Mogherini, the E.U.'s high representative for foreign affairs and security policy, and Johannes Hahn, the commissioner for European neighborhood policy and enlargement negotiations, also signed the document. ...
