Arrests Made After Suicide Bomber Kills 8 In Kandahar

Several suspects have been arrested in southern Afghanistan after a deadly attack on a minibus.
Six U.S. and two Afghan soldiers were killed Sunday in Kandahar province by a Taliban suicide bomber, the Voice of America News reports.
The attacker detonated an explosives-laden van in a jointly operated outpost, said military officials.
Several other American and Afghan troops were reportedly wounded in the blast. A child was also reported killed.
