Army's Tactical Strike Missiles To Be Upgraded In $78 Million Deal

The U.S. Army has awarded Lockheed Martin a contract to modernize the Army Tactical Missile System (ATACMS).
The $78 million deal covers the development of an enhanced and affordable weapon system using hardware from early production ATACMS Block 1 missiles, according to a Lockheed release on Wednesday.
