Army Takes Delivery Of 1st Boxer Armored Vehicle

The Australian army has formally received its first of 211 Boxer combat reconnaissance vehicles, reports the Australian Dept. of Defense.
The initial vehicle was unveiled on Tuesday during a ceremony at Enoggera Barracks in Brisbane, Queensland.
The first 25 Boxers are being built in Germany, with the balance to be built in Australia under a technology transfer agreement.
