The Algerian army has taken delivery of the first batch of Mercedes-Benz all-terrain vehicles built at a domestic factory, reports the Algerie Presse Service.
More than 200 G-Class 4 x 4 vehicles were delivered on Sunday for use by military and paramilitary services, according to a spokesman for the vehicle manufacturer.
These are the first vehicles completed by the factory in Ain Bouchekif that was inaugurated in October 2014.
