Army Shows Off Domestic Fire-Control System For Zulfiqar Tanks

The Iranian army has officially unveiled a new indigenous fire-control system for its domestically developed Zulfiqar tanks, reports Iran's semi-official Fars News Agency.
The tanks have also been equipped with laser telemetry devices, said Brig. Gen. Ahmad Reza Pourdastan, the commander of Iran's ground forces in Tehran on Wednesday.
The Zulfiqar has a box-shaped, steel turret of local design. The latest version features chassis, engine and gun upgrades.
