Egypt will soon receive its first ST-100 and ST-500 mine-resistant, ambush-protected (MRAP) vehicles, reports local media cited by Defence Web (South Africa).
In an interview with local media, the deputy chairman of Egyptian Military Factory 200 said the vehicles will soon enter army service.
The MRAP vehicles were originally developed in South Africa by SASKA, which rebranded as International Marathon United Technology Group (IMUT) and relocated to Egypt in 2018.
