Army Revamps Requirements For New Combat Vehicle

The U.S. Army has issued a new request for proposals for its Ground Combat Vehicle (GCV) program, reports Defense News.

The Army's previous request was issued in February and canceled in August. The new document sets affordability targets and tiered requirements, from non-negotiable items to capabilities that could wait until future variants.
