USA—Army Reserve Activates New Units To Support Deployments In Europe

The U.S. Army Reserve has activated seven units in Europe this month to support deployments to Poland and elsewhere on the continent, reports the Army Times. The highest-level unit activated in the Sept 14. ceremony at U.S. Army Garrison Rheinland-Pfalz was the 510th Regional Support Group (RSG), a brigade-level command, along with its headquarters company.  The 510th is now the only forward-stationed RSG organic to U.S. Army Europe, reported the U.S. Army Reserve.
