British Defense Secretary Philip Hammond has warned of more military cuts, reports the Guardian (U.K.).
Speaking Thursday at a conference in London, Hammond said the army will be reduced from 102,000 to 82,000 personnel by 2020. The service will also rely more on reserves and private contractors to fill any gaps.
