Army Recon Plane To Get Long-Range Radar

The U.S. Army has chosen Northrop Grumman for a new long-range radar program, reports the defense firm.
The deal covers the development of a synthetic aperture radar/ground-moving target indicator system for the Airborne Reconnaissance Low-Enhance (ARL-E) DHC-8 aircraft, according to Northrop on Thursday.
