Army, Rebels Trade Cease-Fire Violation Charges

The Philippine army and the communist New People's Army (NPA) have traded accusations of violations of a two-week-old cease-fire, Business World (Quezon City) reports.
The military checkpoints on the highway leading to San Agustin town in Surigao del Sur violate the cease-fire, said a spokesman for the NPA.
