Army Plane Damaged In Crash-Landing Near Peshawar; Pilot Safe

An army pilot is safe after a crash-landing of a training aircraft in northwestern Pakistan, reports Dawn (Pakistan).
The Mushshak turboprop aircraft was damaged when it went down Thursday in a village close to Peshawar, the capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, said security sources.
The pilot had minor injuries, according to the Express Tribune.
The aircraft suffered a "technical failure," said the sources.
