Army Orders Another 1,100 Vehicles For Guard, Reserve

The U.S. Army has awarded Oshkosh Defense a contract modification for more than 1,100 trucks and trailers for the National Guard and Army Reserve, reports the Wisconsin-based defense firm.

The $180 million contract covers vehicles in three FMTV (family of medium tactical vehicles) truck variants and two different trailers.

Deliveries are scheduled to be completed by April 2012.
