Montenegro is seeking to buy dozens of Joint Light Tactical Vehicles (JLTVs) from the U.S., reports Breaking Defense. The proposed deal for 67 JLTVs has a reported value of US$36 million. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo first referenced the sale on Oct. 4 during a visit to Montenegro.
