Army Lays Out UAV Roadmap Through 2035

The U.S. Army has unveiled its Unmanned Aircraft Systems Roadmap for 2010-2035 at the Army Aviation Association of America exhibition in Fort Worth, Texas, reports Aviation Week & Space Technology.
The document is divided into three time periods: near-term (2010-2015), mid-term (2016-2025) and long-term (2026-2035).
The near-term period focus is on rapid integration of existing technologies.
