The Moroccan military has launched an initiative to modernize its armed forces, reports the Middle East Monitor (London).
The Inspector General of the Royal Moroccan Armed Forces, Gen. Abdelfattah Louarak, announced a new strategy focused on strengthening the military’s technology and counterespionage capabilities, said sources quoted by Morocco's Al-Massae newspaper.
