The Army has developed a new force generation model that will increase predictability for soldiers, reports the Army Times.
The new plan is dubbed the "Regionally Aligned Readiness and Modernization" or "ReARMM," according to Army deputy chief of staff for operations, plans and training, Lt. Gen. Charles A. Flynn.
