A Pakistani army Mi-17 helicopter on an air ambulance mission has crashed in a mountainous area of the Mansehra district in the northern part of the country, reports the Express Tribune (Pakistan).
The military has been conducting flood relief and rescue missions in the region.
The crash on Thursday evening killed at least nine people onboard the helicopter, officials said. Other accounts suggested there were no survivors. There were 12 people on the helicopter at the time,...
