The People’s Liberation Army has ordered Chinese military and political chiefs at the grassroots level to change their posts in an attempt to strengthen the capability of the military, reports Xinhua, China’s state news agency.
The move is aimed at improving the training of military and political commanders, according to a release from the PLA General Political Dept.
