Army Cyber Branch Being Opened To Transfers By Guard, Reserve Officers

For the first time, active Army National Guard and Reserve officers and warrant officers are eligible to apply to voluntarily transfer to the Army's cyber branch, reports the Army Times.

Such a voluntary transfer is part of the service's efforts to get "the right soldier in the right position at the right time to meet the needs of the Army," a spokesman for the Human Resources Command told the newspaper last week.
