A suicide bomber blew up a vehicle near an Iraqi army checkpoint in Baghdad on Friday killed five people, including three soldiers, reports the Agence France-Presse.
Eighteen people were injured in the blast in Ghazaliyah, a Sunni majority neighborhood and a former insurgent stronghold.
