The Indonesian army has ordered nine Bell 412EPI twin-engine utility helicopters through a local company, reports Bell Helicopter, the manufacturer.
The aircraft will be delivered to the state-owned PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PTDI), where they will undergo customization work before final delivery to the army, said a company release on Thursday.
Contract details, including value and delivery schedule, were not disclosed.
