The U.S. Army has been struggling to find enough personnel with networking and information technology security qualifications, reports Network World.
Officials admit the service is having problems meeting regulations, published in 2005, which provide significant detail on workplace and related training and certifications that military personnel and contractors need to operate military-related information systems.
