Armed Forces Ministry Seeks 4.5 Percent Boost In 2020 Budget

The French Defense Ministry has submitted a draft defense budget for 2020 that would increase military spending by 1.7 billion euros (US$1.9 billion), reports defense-aerospace.com. The budget was submitted to the Council of Ministers on Sept. 27, the French Armed Forces Ministry said in an Oct. 4 release.
