AQAP Incites 'Individual Jihad' Against West

Al-Qaida's Yemen branch is urging more lone-wolf attacks against the United States and other Western countries, reports Agence France-Presse.
Nasser Ansi, an ideologue with the group, urged followers in a video posted Tuesday to conduct "individual jihad," according to the SITE monitoring group.
"We are preparing and lurking for the enemies of Allah. We incite the believers to do that," said Ansi.
