Lockheed Martin's new Video from Unmanned Aircraft Systems for Interoperability Teaming Level-2 (VUIT-2) datalink system is designed to connect U.S. Army Apache pilots with UAVs and ground controllers, Defense News reports.
VUIT-2 allows the pilots to view realtime video shot by UAVs and allows ground controllers to see imagery from the Apache's sensors, said a Lockheed Martin spokesman.
