North Korea has invited the entire U.S. Congress to visit an institute in Pyongyang that has been called a possible anthrax factory.
The challenge was made Monday by the National Defense Commission after a report in the U.S. alleged that Pyongyang Bio-technical Institute was a dual-use facility that could be used to make biological weapons, reports UPI.
