Ansar Dine Terrorists Agree To Cease-Fire, Apparently With Conditions

The head of a leading jihadist group in Mali says Ansar Dine has accepted a cease-fire, reports the Voice of America News.
Mahmoud Dicko, the president of Mali's Islamic High Council, said on Sunday that he asked Ansar Dine for the truce and received a letter of acceptance from its leader, Iyad Ag Ghali.
Ghali's letter also said that Ansar Dine "rejects whoever rejects sharia," Dicko said. It was not clear if Ghali was setting a condition for the cease-fire.
