Another Tornado Gets Mid-Life Update

Alenia Aeronautica has just delivered the first of 15 Italian air force Tornado fighters that are receiving mid-life upgrades.

The planes in this tranche are the second batch set to receive the modernization from the Italian company. Eighteen other aircraft were upgraded in a program that wrapped up in 2006.
