Negotiators from Iran are meeting with delegates from six world powers in Istanbul on Friday to discuss the Iranian nuclear program, the New York Times reports.
The other six nations participating are the United States, France, Russia, Britain, China and Germany.
Iran has indicated it would like to discuss a fuel-swap arrangement originally designed by Washington as a confidence-building measure.
