Another cease-fire in the disputed Nagorno-Karabakh region has crumbled almost immediately after entering effect, reports the Financial Times (U.K.).
On Sunday, American officials announced that both sides had agreed to a third truce, reported Al Jazeera (Qatar). This was the first agreement brokered by the U.S. The previous cease-fires were overseen by Russia.
The truce entered force on Monday morning.
