Ankara Fosters Greater Regional Cooperation

Turkey says it will establish a regional strategic cooperation mechanism with Jordan, Lebanon and Syria, reports Xinhua, China's state news agency.
Without providing many details, Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu mentioned the plan at a joint press conference in Ankara after a meeting with Syrian Foreign Minister Walid Moallem.
Davutoglu also noted that Turkey's relations with Syria have been improving.
